The Robot Presidents of America were created when no-one wanted to be President anymore, as all the Bushes were dead and terrorists kept shooting anyone elected. So bulletproof robots were created to do the job.

Needless to say, they were much better at it.

The Robot Presidents created the Cyborg Redneck Army, and later called the Space Ninjas (with the help of a Moon Prophet and Cyborg Pirate Ninja Jesus) to defeat that same army when they were used by the Satanic Wrestling Nuns to take control of the world.
